El Moctar Laghlal is an experienced Statistical and Econometrics Consultant specializing in economic modeling, time series econometrics, and applied statistics. He lectures at the University of Nouakchott Al Aasriya, teaching advanced master’s courses such as Time Series Econometrics, Macroeconometrics, Regression Analysis, and EViews Applications. His consultancy work includes projects with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the G5 Sahel Executive Secretariat, contributing to socio-economic surveys and policy research.
