LIPEDE Omolola Mary,Nigeria,GPSPD
Bio Data:
I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, with research interests in conflict, human capital, inequality, poverty, employment, and demographic economics.
I am passionate about policy and program design, rigorous research, and nonprofit management—all geared toward advancing the SDGs and Agenda 2063. My goal is to bridge gaps in opportunity and promote inclusive development through people-centered and data-driven solutions.
I currently serve as a Fellow in the Gender, Poverty, and Social Policy Division (GPSPD) at UNECA, where I provide technical support on development research and programming.
I enjoy using tools like STATA (slightly addicted!) and exploring tech that improves efficiency in research and project delivery. I am always excited to collaborate with peers working in micro-econometrics, social protection, and development.
