Bio Data:

Mariam Tauba is a Lecturer of Human Resource Management at the Democratic Republic of Congo in Kampala, Uganda. She is also a researcher who focuses on Labour-Management relations and partnerships, and has published several papers in this field and related topics. She holds a PhD from Moi University in Kenya. She is an open-minded and collegial person who enjoys creating and bringingthings to life. She is also a dedicated Rotarian and a past president of the RC Bugolobi Morning tide club. She is happily married and has two children.
