Dr. Malang B.S. BOJANG, a Gambian of origin, graduated from the University of Kocaeli in Turkey in theDepartment of Political Science and Public Administration. He holds a double Master in PublicAdministration and International Relations from Sakarya University, Turkey, 2017, and a Bachelor (BSc)Honoris in Political Science from the University of the Gambia. He was employed as a Graduate Assistant at the University of West Bohemia, Czech Republic from 2016 to 2017. He authors two books and has published several peer-reviewed articles. His research focuses on e-government, public value, public sector management, and foreign policy.
