Duncan is an economist with 14 years of experience in Economic and Financial Analysis; Capacity Development; Social and Economic Research; Policy Dialogue and Stakeholder Engagement; Strategy Development and Review; Macroeconomic Policy; Country Resilience and Fragility Assessment; Country Policy and Institutional Assessment; and Macroeconomic Modelling and Forecasting, Applied Development Macroeconomics, Country Portfolio Review and Project Preparation, gained from Academia and with International Development Institutions. He has worked with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams to deliver on specific organizational goals. Duncan holds a PhD degree in Economics, a distinction in MA Economics and a First-Class Honors degree in BA Economics. He has published several peer reviewed journal articles, contributed to several institutional publications and strategy documents, and presented papers in several national and international conferences/workshops.
