Bio Data:
Koulouar Kinga Nadege has over three years of experience in public governance. She currently serves as a SIGASPE Controller at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Tourist Development, overseeing HR and salary systems. Previously, she was a Program Assistant at International IDEA, supporting inter-party dialogue among youth leaders in West Africa. Kinga has strong experience in English–French interpretation and thrives in bilingual settings. She holds a bachelor’s in Constitutional Law and Political Science, and master’s degrees in Public Law and Political Science and Public Administration. A Mandela Washington Fellow, Kinga was among 100 selected for an internship in the U.S., which she completed at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. She aims to mentor young Chadian women in public service, focusing on leadership and communication skills.
