Apio Hope Hellen is Ugandan. She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She was a fellow in the Macroeconomics and Governance Division (MGD). Prior to joining the ECA, she was an Associate Consultant at Pedigree Consult. She is also a freelance researcher and Data scientist with a number of publications. Her current work and research interests are government spending, taxation, and economic growth.
