Yacouba COULIBALY is an economist with expertise in natural resources, resource-backed loans, climate change, environmental policy, digital financial services, tax policy, economic growth, and development financing. He is a PhD candidate in development economics at the Orleans Economics Laboratory, France, in collaboration with the University of Clermont Ferrand. He holds a master’s degree in development economics from the University of Clermont Ferrand-CERDI, France. He has worked as a research consultant at UNU-WIDER, where he analyzed the macroeconomic impacts of climate change on public spending efficiency in South Africa.
