Professional qualifications: 2021-2023: MBA; 2018-2019, Postgraduate in M&E; 2013-2017: Bachelor of science in Quantitative Economics. Professional experience: Hilda has an MBA with 7 years of development experience in institutional development, and M&E in integrated programming in sectors namely, human rights, health, livelihoods, education, gender, and economic empowerment, conducting remote and on-site work in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi. Competent in developing M&E systems, conducting evaluations, strategic planning; and knowledge generation. A technical expert in programmatic document review, change management, technical writing (grants, research). Competent in providing technical leadership, program coordination, forging partnerships with like-minded institutions, as a technical advisor, consortium chairperson, grants and partnership consultant, and consultant in different capacities. She has worked with clients such as Global Fund, UNFPA, JHPIEGO, and USAID among others.
